How to use your coupon?

For membership renewal

• Log in using your credentials (there is a multi-factor login, check the how to login? page if needed)
• Follow the Menu “Join E-SWAN” : “How to join E-SWAN?”
• At the bottom, under invited member, select “Renew”
• Check your personal information and update it if necessary
• Fill in the coupon
• Read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions (Statutes and Bylaws)
• Click on the button “Process Renew” and you should get a page with “Subscription Complete” and a summary. You should receive a confirmation email with the same information.

For new membership

• Follow the Menu “Join E-SWAN” : “How to join E-SWAN?”
• Select “Sign up” in the “Invited member” box
• Fill in the form under: “New user? Please register” 
• Fill in the invited member coupon
• Read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions (Statutes and Bylaws)
• Click on the button “Process Subscription” and you should get a page with “Process Subscription” and a summary.
• You should receive a confirmation email with the same information. Follow the link in the e-mail to activate your account
• At this stage you need to wait until an administrator activates your account. This can take a couple of working days. You will be notified by email once your account is activated.
