Operational Space Weather Fundamentals
This space weather school took place in L'Aquila, Italy, from May 13 to May 17, 2024. The event hosted approximately 50 students and 12 international lecturers. The school provided a comprehensive overview of operational space weather fundamentals, helping participants deepen their understanding of key concepts and real-world applications in the field. ESWAN's financial contribution was instrumental in supporting the participation of some students coming from developing countries, the logistical costs, and enhancing the overall quality of the event. 17th European Solar Physics Meeting (ESPM-17)
Held in Turin, Italy, from September 9 to September 13, 2024, the ESPM-17 brought together experts in solar physics from across Europe and beyond. In addition to the scientific discussions, the meeting featured a series of public outreach events aimed at engaging the wider community in topics related to solar physics and space science. ESWAN's support helped fund these outreach activities, allowing the general public to participate in interactive and educational sessions alongside the main scientific program.
